They  of course still receive the $150 fee as they are the direct affiliate and we pay you because you marketed our site and program to them.  We call this our sub-affiliate program. We have a tracking mechanism that ensures fees are paid out promptly once a mortgage has closed  and we have received our funds from the client/lender in question. We will pay out our fees within 5 days of receipt of same at our office. And by the way if we receive and fund 5 deals in a  given month we will increase the fee to $200 per deal. With 5 or  more deals it is obvious that you are solidly marketing our affiliation and we feel you should be duly rewarded.

We make the application process as simple as possible for you.You  simply link to us and you get paid a marketing fee for every mortgage  closed. Becoming and affiliate in our program is free and  the amount of time and effort placed in getting setup is nominal. All  you do is fill out our application.  

Upon receipt of the signed contract we will almost immediately email a variety of links/banners for you to choose from and to place on your web  site. The email will also include easy to follow instructions for placing the banners, links on your site with instructions for how to link them to our site.  We leave the decision as to the number and variety of links you choose but strongly suggest that a banner link be placed on your main page as that is the page with most exposure. The more links you place on your site the better opportunity there is for significant marketing income. You simply link to us and you get paid a marketing fee for every mortgage closed.

We also provide you with a special reporting system that allows you to periodically check the activity from your site to ours. When we receive an application from your site we will also send you a notification that we have received an application. From that point on we will be in close contact with the client and you so you both know the ongoing status and outcome of the request. Every request received from an affiliate site will be promptly dealt with in a prompt, efficient, courteous manner so as to uphold the reputation of the  affiliate and The Mortgage Centre Approved Mortgages Ltd.
